Greece: 5 Euro– free shipping on all orders over 150 Euro
Europe: 15 Euro (Express shipping) – free shipping on all orders over 200 Euro
UK/USA: 50 Euro
All orders are shipped with DHL and orders in Greece with ELTA COURIER.
Express shipping: 5-7 working days.
DEOS STUDIO does not recognize the existence of any liability in case of delay in delivery due to extreme weather conditions, strikes and force majeure, in which case the above delivery deadline will be extended for as long as the reason for the delay lasts.
Shipping charges are calculated and suggested on the order form. The products are always accompanied by the corresponding documents. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country. The customer takes full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges, and handling fees, should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes. Please note – we cannot undervalue orders or mark them as a gift.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE
How to return your order?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Please fill out your return note, with your order number and whether you want a refund or an exchange and make sure that your return note and your receipt are placed in your parcel. Please send your returns by post. Please note that returning your order is at your own cost. We recommend that you ensure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods. In case of dispute, we also recommend you retain proof of sending. For international returns please mark clearly “No commercial value” as description of contents on all paperwork provided by your chosen carrier.
Returns policy
We strongly advise all customers to check our products thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags.
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused with their original tags.
Returned items will be refunded excluding shipping charges.
Place the item(s) in the original shipping box, or any other solid carton box. Close the box and tape it securely.

We reserve the right to refuse returns if these conditions are not met.
Exchanges and Refunds
Exchanges are only processed upon receipt of returned merchandise and are based on stock availability. Please note that in case of a written notice and proof of a return to us within 14 days upon arrival, we will issue a refund at the latest on day 14. Your refund will be credited to the same form of payment from where the purchase was made.
Retail receipt is required for returns. In case of payment by credit card, the transaction is canceled, and the credit card is updated accordingly (within 7 days), otherwise, the money is returned to the bank account, where the following are required: Beneficiary’s name and IBAN account.
In case the return is not made within 14 working days or the above return conditions are not met, DEOS STUDIO has every right not to accept the return.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
If you receive a defective or wrong product, www.deosstudio.gr will make every effort to replace it. However, you should inform us by e-mail at info@deosstudio.gr or by phone so we can send you instructions for returning the product. If the product is not available, an equivalent product can be substituted by agreement. We are not responsible for any damage that may occur from normal wear and tear, misuse and destruction when removing the tags.
